Energy Products Distribution (EPD) is a distributor of 3M architectural films, 3M automotive films, and Bray windshield skin, providing top-of-the-line energy and security solutions for home, office, and auto. They are one of three 3M window film distributors in the United States, operating in 18 states.

Like most distributors, EPD offers product, installation, and sales training to their network of retailers. However, they offer a unique value to customers because they market products on behalf of their customer network, helping their businesses grow.

We energized EPD’s logo to give them a professional and reliable look that will keep installers, dealers, and customers coming back.

Novak Birch was tasked with designing a new logo and logo usage guidelines that:

  • Reinforce EPD’s reputation among certified installers and dealers as experts in their field.
  • Provide a professional, fresh new look that increases brand visibility and loyalty among customers/end users.

We energized EPD’s logo to give them a professional and reliable look that will keep installers, dealers, and customers coming back.

Novak Birch designed a modern, eye-catching logo that positions EPD as a customer-focused, dependable provider of 3M products that supports installers’ and dealers’ growth through marketing. The five colored lines represent the company’s five main verticals—energy, security, automotive, tools, and refresh (products designed specifically for architectural usage).

Novak Birch designed and delivered:

  • Logo package, including full color, one-color, two-color, and reversed, in all applicable file types (e.g., eps, png) and formats (RGB, CMYK, and PMS)
  • Logo usage guide detailing proper use and application of all logo versions.
  • Business cards that aligned with the new brand. The thick, double-sided, tri-plex cards use three sheets of uncoated and naturally textured paper joined together to create a pop of red color in the middle.
