Novak Birch manages 30–39 conferences per year, providing end-to-end support and streamlined solutions while staying apprised of the latest technology to integrate into virtual events. Our services include:

  • Event Planning: We research and identify in-person and virtual events that support CMS’ mission and strategically align with their current national campaigns.
  • Event Management: We provide complete event management, including prepayment for exhibit services and logistics support (e.g., booth space, electric, internet, install/dismantle labor, furniture, and shipping). We also provide access to ShowSync, our proprietary real-time, online event management tool that offers CMS all-inclusive management for each event (including the exhibitor checklist, shipping/tracking information, contact information, and event details), as well as an online inventory for booth properties, marketing materials, and virtual events.
  • Exhibit Design & Fabrication: We design, fabricate, and build exhibits for CMS’ in-person conferences. We also store their exhibit properties and rentals in our secure, climate-controlled warehouse.
  • Graphic & Digital/Web Design: We provide design support for both live and virtual events, ensuring that each conference or communications component has a cohesive, branded look-and-feel. We also maintain an inventory of current CMS logos and ads, so we can upload them for virtual events.
  • Advertising & Marketing: We make recommendations for advertising and marketing opportunities that don’t involve sponsoring an event, such as ads in program booklets, materials in attendee registration bags and logos, and materials or digital messages displayed at a conference or on its website.
