ISO: Serious Relationships
At Novak Birch, we build true partnerships with our clients. In fact, some have been with us since we opened our doors 32 years ago. (Talk about long-term commitment!)
Our account managers, designers, writers, event strategists, and fabricators are committed to becoming part of your team, digging deep to understand your goals, developing fresh creative solutions, negotiating vendor costs to add value, and looking ahead for opportunities to help you grow. The way we see it, we’re in this together.
When our clients succeed, it feels good. Recently, our client Maryland Public Television (MPT) won two 2019 Communicator Awards for their program guides.
Congrats to MPT for taking home two 2019 Communicator Awards!

MPT & NB, Est. 2012
We’ve worked with MPT since 2012 to create and distribute 20-page, full-color program guides that provide its members and partners throughout Maryland, as well as the District of Columbia and parts of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia, with schedules for its four broadcast channels, generate interest in programs, and inform them of events. We design and write the guides, then manage the printing and mailing to over 50,000 households every month.
During our tenure, MPT’s program guide has won 14 awards, including a coveted PromaxBDA Local Award for Off-Air Design. We’re proud to support public television in our home state by helping to produce these informative, high-quality publications.
Plus (and even better), we genuinely love working with MPT. Our awesome client contact works closely with us during each step of guide development—and together, we’re a well-oiled machine.
Your Success = Our Success
Our relationship with MPT is a great example of how we strive to build and cultivate mutually beneficial client relationships. We value partnerships where we work together to reach our clients’ audiences and achieve their goals.
