You know how some artists are a little bit country and a little bit rock ‘n roll? It’s sort of like that. We’re a little bit design and a little bit build. (Or maybe we’re a lot a bit design… and a lot a bit build. You get the point!)
In our 60,000-square-foot building, we have plenty of creative space for our designers, copywriters, and craftsmen with full left brain, right brain capabilities. To ensure that our designers who work upstairs are fully aware of our in-house craftsmen capabilities downstairs in our shop, we held a Lunch & Learn to bring our full team together.
Our talented shop team taught us about all the capabilities of NB’s very own CNC machine. This powerful tool allows us to create dimensional letters and logos, 3D shapes, carved patterns, maps, plaques, and so much more.
It’s a game-changer to be able to come up with 3D designs, without so many limitations! The new equipment allows us to push our creativity to the next level.
The CNC machine works with all types of materials, like wood, plastic, aluminum, and a medium-density fibreboard (known as MDF). And we can build special projects up to 5′ x 10′ and 9″ thick to fulfill those big creative dreams. Top it off with spray paint, a dry brush, or stain for a final product that will pop.
Having the right equipment on-site lets our creative team flourish. Designers can dream even bigger, knowing that we are fully equipped to bring our clients’ creative dreams to life. With in-house design-build capabilities, we don’t just sketch it out and ship it off to build it somewhere else. We build everything right in our warehouse with resources like the CNC machine that allow innovative designs.
Our CNC router capabilities and techniques take our environmental branding designs to a whole new level. We can transform trade show environments and other spaces to truly bring them to life with 3D and interactive elements.
